Our 13 Days Eastern and Northern Uganda tour will have you Uniquely explore Uganda, the composition along the eastern route is adventurous as you will have a chance to see more of Uganda’s attractions beyond wild animals. The tour starts in Entebbe and ends in Entebbe passing through Jinja, Mountain Elgon, Moroto, and Kidepo valley national park, the handpicked routes will have you explore the best of eastern Uganda, expect to see a lot of mammal species and birds, and interaction with the hospitable people of Uganda.

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our company representative/Guide who will transfer you to the hotel that has been booked for your dinner and stay overnight at ;

Day 2: Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – transfer to Murchison falls national park

Breakfast after which we will drive to Murchison Falls Nationala park via the Kampala Gulu highway and with a stopover at the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary, it’s the only place to see Rhinos in Uganda and they can be tracked on foot for 2-3 hours. Rhinos ran extinct many years ago in Uganda, so Zziwa Rhino sanctuary has raised the hopes to nearly 50 members that are loaming free on the sanctuary land. Lunch will be served here, proceeding to the park for dinner and staying overnight at; (Driving time -/+ 6 hours )

Day 3: Game drive -Boat cruise to the bottom of the falls

We will warm our tummies with tea or coffee, then drive to the northern bank of the park in search of wild animals, chances to encounter lions, Nubian giraffes, Elephants, African cape buffaloes, quite a number of bird life. The activity stretches between 3-4 hours as nature will turn up to avail herself to us. Returning later for lunch and an afternoon boat cruise to the bottom of the falls for more nature encounters. On a lucky day you will have lovely sights of the shoebill stock and other several birds, hippos and crocodiles. The boat cruise is 3 hours, with a drinks bar and a rest room. Retiring and dinner at the lodge;

Day 4: Transfer to Kidepo valley National park

Our Adventure to Northern Uganda today takes us to Kidepo valley national park, we drive for about 7-8hours to the conservation area having a stopover in Kitgum town for lunch and continue exploring the small remote villages of Northern Uganda, arriving for dinner and overnight at ;

Day 5: Game drive- Visit the Ik community

Early morning breakfast and after we will go to track down the unique species of Kidepo, driving along the Narus valley, an animal concentration point in the park may avail us chances to see lions lying on the rock Kopjes, Ostriches, Zebras, warthogs, buffaloes, cheetah, the African Elephants to mention but a few. 3-4 hours in and later returning for refreshment and a visit to the Ik community in the afternoon, they will entertain you with beautiful traditional songs and the Karamojong dances (The IK are said to be one of the most primitive and reserved tribes of people in the world).

Day 6: Transfer to Moroto

Following breakfast, we will continue our journey around the Karamojong region, taking approximately a 5 hours drive to reach upon arrival to Moroto. Please enjoy the Karamojong way of life, an optional spending a night with the herdsmen in the Kraal.

Day 7: Full day Moroto

After we warm our tummies with something to eat, be sure to be fit as we will be doing mountain climbing, mount Moroto gives great views of the surrounding area, you will have a knowledgeable guide to tell you about the sightings you passing during the hike returning for dinner and stay overnight at Kara-Tunga safari lodge.

Day 8: Transfer to Sipi falls

Following breakfasts,we will transfer to Sipi falls along the foothills of mountain Elgon, we arrive for  hot lunch and an abseil tof he falls, community visit to the Kalenjin people where you will learn a lot on how they do their coffee farming  returning for dinner and stay overnight at

Day 9: Explore Sipi falls

We will wake up to hike the three falls along the foothills of mountain Elgon, after breakfast you will be led through the paths of the falls, the speed of tracking depends on the last person, returning to the lodge later in the afternoon.

Day 10: Transfer to Jinja

Day 12: Kampala city tour

We will spend the day venturing around Kampala. It’s a city of 7 hills all of which have places of great historical importance, we begin the day at the Kabakas place, visit the Kasubi royal tombs, Kabaka’s lake, visit Uganda martyrs Namugongo shrine, lunch en route at the Ndere Cultural center as you enjoy the traditional music dance. After which we will drive to Entebbe for dinner and stay overnight at

Day 13: Departure
