5 Days Kidepo valley National park : Kidepo valley national park is an isolated game land in the Far North Eastern remote part of Uganda, it’s a stand-alone park with so much to venture into. Our 5 days to Kidepo will lead you through the rural villages of the North in search of wildlife, the park faces a hot and harsh Arid climate but surprisingly, its bush, montane forest, and extensive savannah is habitat to unique animal species including the bat-eared fox, side-striped hyenas, caracal and the rare cheetahs, the rocky outcrops are relaxing places for lions, it’s hard to miss even at a distance. There are over 400 species of birds in Kidepo including the giant ostrich, the Secretary bird, amaizingly second after Queen Elizabeth national park in having bird numbers.
This visit to Kidepo valley national park allows you interact with the communities of the primitive Ik-Karamojong living on the foothills of the Morungole Mountain that also boarders Kenya in the east and South Sudan in the North.

Day 1. Transfer to Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Day 5. Transfer to Kampal/Entebbe
Day 1: Entebbe – Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Upon arrival, you will be met by our company representative/Guide, you will be briefed and have something to eat later start our journey to Zzziwa Rhino Sanctuary (Driving time -/+ 3hours). Refresh, have hot lunch and later head on to Rhino tracking, which takes 2-3 hours and allows you encounter the once extinct southern white Rhinos. Overnight stay at Amuka Lodge.

Day 2: Transfer to Kidepo valley National Park
We will have breakfast and transfer to Kidepo valley national park, arriving with an afternoon game drive in the park after lunch at the lodge, you will enjoy the sundowners and wildlife of the endless valleys in Kidepo. Overnight stay at;

Day 3: Game drives and hot springs
Following breakfast, we will drive to the valleys of Narus and kidepo in search for wildlife, chances to encounter special animal species like the Cheetahs, Leopards, big heards of Elephants, buffaloes, lions and quite a number of others. This can stretch upto 3+ hours and later head back to the lodge to refresh and Lunch.
Evening game drives commence at 4pm for more search and encounters of wildlife. The endless clouds and landscapes here are one of a kind so picture momenets will boost up your safari. Dinner and overnight at;

Day 4: Cultural encounter (visit to the IK)
Driving to these fascinating tribe of people (a cluster of the Karamajongs), is scinic, full of wildlife and a story telling moment, you’ll meet, see, greet, dance, eat and live together for a day Long. The IK are believed to be one of the most primitive tribe/group of people in Uganda and they’ve lived to distance from the rest of the civilization else where. We can only have a narrow write up here than you can have a great experience with them. Retire and overnight at;

Day 5: Transfer to Kampala or Entebbe
Early rise to breakfast and later drive to our final destination Kampala or Entebbe to catch our international flight or an overstay at a preferable hotel In Kampala that can be booked on request (Driving time; -/+ 10hours).
