Gorilla trekking is one of the most sought-after activities in the countries of Uganda, Rwanda and Congo. The activity involves an adventurous hike into the forest/ jungles where the endangered mountain gorillas live. furthermore, the thrill is not only derived in seeing the gentle giants but rather the process of going to see them which includes briefing, assignment of the ranger and the specific gorilla family you are to track from and then the hiking process.
upon getting to meet the gorillas, the trekkers are granted one hours to spend with the gorillas as they are being observed playing, feeding, nesting and going about their daily routine, therefore trekkers can take as many photos as they can for purposes of reference and memorabilia.
